Q: Is it safe for me to take care of my own hot tub removal?

A: It is not recommended for individuals to attempt their own hot tub removal due to the potential for injury and damage to yourself, your property or the environment from improperly disposing of the materials. We always recommend having a professional handle all aspects of this process for your safety and peace of mind.

Q: What happens to my old hot tub after it has been removed?

A: Once we have removed your old hot tub from your home, we transport it to one of the nearby landfills or transfer stations. We also ensure that all materials are disposed of responsibly according to local regulations.

Q: Can you remove a hot tub if it won't fit through the gate?

A: While it takes longer and costs a bit more, yes we can! In the case where the gate or overhead patio covering has been built after the spa was in place, it is common that the tub is too large to fit out of the property. Schedule a Pickup

Conveniently book online or call us to book a 3 hour time window appointment that fits your schedule. You will receive an email and a text confirmation of your appointment immediately so you can add it to your calendar.

Final Onsite Price

Sometime during your appointment window, you will receive a text notification from crew when they are en-route to your location. Upon arrival, Junk Heroes will give a final in-person price quote for the job.

Load and Haul

Once the price has been agreed to, Junk Heroes will expediently load up all of the junk and do a final sweep up if needed. Once the job is completed, you can pay by cash, card or check and then wave goodbye to your junk as we haul it away!
